Appointment time can not be modified/cancelled by the patient.

Please come 10 minutes before your time of appointment.

Appointement may be cancelled/ rescheduled with intimation if the doctor is involved in any emergency work.

Consultation fee can not be refunded on No call and No show / Cancelled by the patient.

For video consultation,appointment will be based on doctor availability even though you have booked selected time slot.
